OzoneTEC produziert Ozon, das in die H\u00fclle geblasen wird und f\u00fcr eine Weile im Inneren bleibt, bevor es wieder abgesaugt wird. Danach wird der Polyurethanschaum injiziert. Es h\u00e4rtet dann aus und haftet an der Innenseite der Schale.<\/p>\n

Behandlung von rotationsgeformten Teilen
\nRotumgeformte Teile sind typischerweise hohle duroplastische Kunststoffteile. Das Harz wird erhitzt und geschmolzen, und durch Drehen der Form f\u00fcllt das Harz den Formhohlraum und erzeugt das Teil mit einer hohlen Innenseite. Viele dieser Teile erfordern eine Schaumisolierung, um die thermischen Eigenschaften und die Steifigkeit der Teile zu verbessern.<\/p>\n
